Nobile friend Laurent SUBLET on Nobile Skis finished 2nd in Serre Chevalier at the 11th Edition of the World Snowkite Master. 46 riders from 12 different countries were on the starting line. Despite gusty wind Laurent did 5 runs during the 2 days of competition.

“The snow was “choppy” but it wasn’t problem for Nobile Supreme Skis 188, and with 105mm they were still stable in high speed, perfect for racing on this mix of ice and powder,” said Laurent. Congrats Laurent!

World Ski Test/OpenSpace 2014/15: Nobile 50/Fifty Ski – tester’s opinion:

This year Nobile Ski from Poland presented itself with a model of the stern and surprised the testers like last year with his all-round abilities. A brand that positioned itself in the free ride circus and is suitable for any skier that wants to ski an exclusive model.

The top priority in this World Ski Test/OpenSpace 2014/15 category is especially the skiing fun and the unadulterated joy of winter sports! The main roles in the Open Space category are perfect skiing experience, individuality and exclusivity, as well as design. Everything that does not fit into the classical test categories is presented in the Open Space. Innovations, exceptional and exclusive skis and new brands are tested and the testers verify the information of the manufacturers. Since the individual models are much too different to compare them, we abstain in this category from neutralization and rating of the skis. The skis were tested meticulously on the slopes in Silvretta-Montafon in its original state. As we have seen, the ladies and gentlemen had lots of fun testing new products and special features – skis and brands – that are not available in all stores.

Asia Litwin – we will miss you!

„It is official now, a life changing decision has been made. I have decided to end my kiteboarding career. After many heated discussions, my family, doctors and I have concluded that it is better for me to resign from ‘freestyle’ kitesurfing. In January, 2013 during a training session in Cape Town, SA I had dislocated my hip. It was a very serious injury. The bone fell out 0,5 cm from the aorta in the left thigh( the femoral artery). It was a close call and I was very lucky. I have had surgeries on it and many hours of physiotherapy, though it is still very painful when I kitesurf; it just annoys me and I do not have fun out of it anymore. While kitesurfing, the kite pushes me all the time in different directions, all these bursting, quick and vast movements are not good and appropriate for my hip. I just do not feel confident enough anymore when I kitesurf. I would like to thank all of you for the support! It was indeed the journey of a lifetime! You may ask what now..?! Well, I have many plans! I will keep traveling that is for sure. I am going to snowboard a lot, surf and perhaps kitesurf as well but just for fun and I will surely continue to run this fan page so if you want to know what is going on in my life, please follow my page, because I can ensure you that loads of cool things are to happen.. 🙂 Big thanks to my Family, sponsors, friends, fans, all the people, who believed in me, for the support!, Asia Litwin”
