  1. Hi,
Can anyone tell me the difference between the new 2012 T5 and the 2009 T5. I understand that there’s more rocker, what difference will that make to the ride and what about flex/pop; more or less??

    1. HI Caron,
2012 T5 is a totally new board, it just shares the same name with older model. First of all, it features more rocker, that benefits with less water spray. For 2012 the board is equipped with PreStress – our unique technology till now used only in our top of the shelve models. Thanks to PreStress T5’s POP is improved, the board is easier to control and simply reacts faster for rider’s commands. Additionally, the flex patter is softer, so the board is more comfortable on landings. You shouldn’t forget about KISS Click&Go fins mounting system – now it takes just few seconds to mount/demount the fins, and you do not need a screwdriver to do it.
So, in other words, all the important board’s features, like flex, POP, comfort of ride (comparing to 2009 model) were significantly improved.
I hope it’s all clear to you now.

      1. Hi Maciek,
        Thanks for your reply.
It all sounds great but im sorry the technical speak goes a little over my head. Can you explain what „pre-stress technology” is please? What is flex „patter” and how do you get the good pop with so much flex?
I’m looking forward to the easy control and fast reactivity and the pads/straps and fin tecnology is brilliant!.
