In DR I will stay till 29th of June to train and then I will come back to Poland for three days. On 3rd of July I am flying to Maroco for next competition. ”
The Cabarete Kiteboarding World Cup 2010 has been a spectacular and successful event. 14 women and 39 men, more than 20 nationalities made their way to Bozo Beach in Cabarete to struggle with Caribbean weather, to test their skills against the world’s best kiteboarders and win this event.
After almost 2 months after starting this „design the board of your dreams” contest, Nobile Kiteboarding finally announces the Winner. After being inundated with entries, the boys at Nobile had a hell of a hard time deciding the winner, but eventually whittled down the contenders into a shortlist, and then decided on the best design. So, Ladies and Gentleman, here’s the moment you’ve been waiting for: the winner is… Dayle Holmes! Dayle lives in Cape Town, South Africa and studies Industrial Design. He will receive the brand new 50fifty board really soon, so he can shred new equipment all summer long. The second place goes to polish designer Adam Kuligowski. Adam, get ready for some nice package including set of Nobile Kiteboarding softgoods and other nice stuff. As more than 60 projects from all over the world were sent for the competition, the guys at Nobile Kiteboarding headquater had a really tough row to hoe with choosing the best ones. That is why they decided to enlarge the podium and award not one, but 3 third places. The distinction goes to: Arnaud Mercadier (France), Tomasz Rogozinski (Poland) and Zuzia Szymanska (Poland). Nobile Kiteboarding would like to congratulate to all finalists and thanks for all entries.
